Italy with a Sonoran accent. That is how we sum up what happens in the Santo Olivo kitchen: classic Italian recipes made with the best of the Sonoran countryside.
Italian technique
The foundation is Italian: doughs that rest, house tomato sauces, pastas like our lasagna with ragù and béchamel, and a wood-fired oven that sets the pace of the kitchen.
Sonoran ingredients
Much of what reaches the table comes from farms, orchards and ranches in the region. That is why our menu brings together a prosciutto pizza and a machaca omelette, or smoked marlin empanadas and a Negroni.
A table for everyone
There are three ways to enjoy Santo Olivo: the restaurant, with a full menu, cocktails and a wood-fired oven; the bistro, more intimate, for coffee and everyday lunch; and express, to go. We also have the Santo Olivo Café Bar, where the same bar moves from morning coffee to evening drinks.
