Some breakfasts just get you through the morning, and some get the day off to a good start. At Santo Olivo we make them for the second kind: house bread, our own salsas and freshly brewed coffee.
Chilaquiles, the morning dish
Order our chilaquiles the way you like them: green salsa, red salsa or roasted green chile cream. They come with melted cheese, sour cream, red onion, cilantro and serrano pepper, and you can add chicken, pork shank or two eggs.
Breakfast with a Sonoran accent
- Sonoran omelette: three eggs filled with machaca (dried beef) and cheese, topped with roasted green chile salsa, with beans.
- Pork shank tacos: crispy, with grilled pork shank, beans, cabbage and red onion.
- Salmon toast: house bread with cottage cheese, smoked salmon, greens, red onion and capers.
- Italian waffle: filled with egg, bacon, salami, pepperoni and melted cheese.
- Pancakes: with bacon, butter, maple syrup and fresh strawberries.
Breakfast without the rush
Santo Olivo is a relaxed, casual place, ideal for a business breakfast, catching up with friends or starting the weekend.
